Our client, a large federal contractor, is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer II.
The individual must have experience with installation of network switches and network taps required. Gigamon and Extreme experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience of 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
2+ years knowledge and hands-on experience with different security domains: network security applications, protocols and associated hardware.
Position holder will be responsible for daily technical cybersecurity operations in production development stage, and, will be assisting senior cybersecurity lead with implementation, development and maintaining technical security controls: threat management, vulnerability management, incident detection tasks.
