Job Description: We are seeking a highly technical Data Analyst to support our Fortune 100 client, a global leader in healthcare and retail pharmacy services, in building state-of-the-art analytics, data, and technology platforms to revolutionize healthcare. This role is embedded within the Consumer Engagement Analytics team and will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem solving to enhance our client's product offerings and support medication optimization processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to measure and enhance patient adherence to medications.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of patient and pharmacy data using SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python to identify opportunities for personalized patient-care initiatives aimed at improving patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards for stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for user targeting and marketing optimization.
  • Oversee the complete reporting infrastructure for price optimization processes, aiding patients and medical service providers in cost management.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to extract data and develop comprehensive Tableau dashboards tracking key metrics such as pickup rates, medication adherence, patient calls, and success rates.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze both structured and unstructured data, addressing complex business problems with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand objectives, develop predictive models, conduct statistical analyses, and generate data reports and performance metrics.
  • Present analytical findings to business partners, including technical and non-technical audiences, and senior leaders to drive product strategy and decision-making.
  • Employ strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large datasets from various sources.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis and present findings to diverse audiences.
  • At least 2 years of experience preparing data for analysis, collaborating with data engineering teams, ensuring data completeness and quality, and performing feature engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
