Deputy Head of Investor Relations

As Deputy Head of Investor Relations, you will play an integral role in leading our client’s North American IR program. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with investors and maintaining sell-side relationships. Your role will involve drafting press releases, managing Q&A documents, and overseeing the IR targeting map for North America. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating engaging presentations for the investment community.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Deputy Head of Investor Relations role will bring a wealth of corporate IR experience, preferably from a sell-side background. You should have an excellent understanding of financial models and valuations, coupled with strong communication skills. A curious mindset and a collaborative approach are essential to succeed in this role. While sector experience would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate IR experience
• Experience in a sell-side background is preferred
• Sector experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent understanding of financial models and valuations
