Identify and resolve quality issues and drive changes that affect business goals and objectives
Participate in user / customer observation and take an active role in leading some efforts.
Document processes and turn them into consistent action
Review and audit digital product content and functionality for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Identify any issues or errors and work with the necessary teams to correct them.
Engage with the design and development teams to migrate and implement content into website layouts from spreadsheets and content docs
Be a vital part of our Support Channel by intaking tickets, assigning to coworkers, managing client expectations, and communicating next steps and resolution
Assist with our ABM efforts and supporting content initiatives to engage our Ideal customers
Assist and provide backup to Product Managers with the preparation of product training presentations and other various internal presentation opportunities
Take thorough and actionable notes on meetings
