Digital Product Associate

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identify and resolve quality issues and drive changes that affect business goals and objectives
• Participate in user / customer observation and take an active role in leading some efforts.
• Document processes and turn them into consistent action
• Review and audit digital product content and functionality for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Identify any issues or errors and work with the necessary teams to correct them.
• Engage with the design and development teams to migrate and implement content into website layouts from spreadsheets and content docs
• Be a vital part of our Support Channel by intaking tickets, assigning to coworkers, managing client expectations, and communicating next steps and resolution
• Assist with our ABM efforts and supporting content initiatives to engage our Ideal customers
• Assist and provide backup to Product Managers with the preparation of product training presentations and other various internal presentation opportunities
• Take thorough and actionable notes on meetings
