Grace is seeking a Digital Product Lead – Maintenance & Reliability to join our Digital Manufacturing team! This role reports to Director of Digital Manufacturing location at Columbia, MD.
Grace is embarking on a multi-year digital transformation of the manufacturing network introducing wireless and mobile technologies to the front line of chemical operations. We are looking for a Product Lead to define, develop, and implement the technology roadmap focused on our maintenance & reliability processes. The person will work closely with EH&S, Manufacturing Center of Excellence, IT, and the front line maintenance & reliability technicians to deliver value through a predictive, prescriptive, and mobile technologies.
Responsibilities
Responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining digital product roadmaps that drive improvements in our maintenance & reliability processes.
Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders and the team.
Understands the core maintenance & reliability processes at the sites and how digital technologies can support and improve standardized, lean execution.
Works closely with the maintenance excellence team to champion the digital transformation towards prescriptive maintenance by visiting sites and actively engaging with the front line workforce.
Apply technical and organizational skills to drive plant level continuous improvement programs focused on the maintenance & reliability technician user experience targeting specific leading and lagging KPIs.
Plays an active role in leading validation and verification processes and developing testing programs.
Works closely with the Digital Project Manager to deliver on schedules and budgets while adhering to roadmap features and benefits.
Responsible for communicating and partnering across key counterparts and stakeholders within the manufacturing site, regional leadership, IT, procurement, and the Manufacturing Center of Excellence
Serves as a global resource and champion of Industry 4.0 initiatives across the company by removing roadblocks while staying focused on elements within the roadmap.
Take responsibility for technical decisions around product selection. Work closely with users, IT, and procurement to ensure collaboration for optimal product selection that Priodrive maximum ROI.
Required Qualifications
BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial)
Minimum of 10 years working in manufacturing with at least 3 years on the production floor.
At least 3 years’ experience with SAP PM in a manufacturing environment.
Comfortable straddling the space between IT and OT, representing the combined state for manufacturing excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills needed to manage and collaborate with multiple internal resources within the Grace organization and external resources, including management of vendor relationships.
Ability to travel globally up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with maintenance mobility solutions.
Prior experience in digital transformation in a corporate role.
Prior experience with IoT technology integration for maintenance & reliability programs.
