Director Corporate Strategy

Pacific International has been retained by a leading industrial manufacturing organization, fully committed for a sustainable future. They are currently in the market for Corporate Strategy Director who can drive innovation and growth across their business. This position will play a highly innovative part in building strategic capabilities across the business.

They will hold responsibility for leading the strategy and growth across the business through organic and inorganic projects. This individual will collaborate with unique stakeholders to develop and refine strategies to align with the capital ventures, strategic planning, as well as special projects. The ideal candidate will be a data, yet people-focused professional who can operate in ambiguity and lead through transformation across the business.

To help make an impact within the business, the company is searching for a self-starter and driven professional. The ideal candidate will be an extremely efficient, collaborative, and strategic to complete impactful growth strategy projects to strengthen the business’ core principles and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Engineering, Accounting or other related fields
• 3-4 years minimum of strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• 8-10 years minimum of overall work experience
• Experience leadership skills and strong mentoring capabilities
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and be influential across different stakeholders
• Experience with developing and executing growth strategy projects
• Being an overall change agent and providing superb recommendations
• Ability to present across C-suite executive leadership
