  • Education: Doctorate degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: 3+ years management experience in the health care field
  • Licensure: PSYD or PHD from the State of Florida required
  • Certification: CPR/CPI

Preferred:

  • Behavioral Health JC/DNV survey experience preferred.
