Director of Clinical Excellence

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Director of Clinical Excellence to join our operations team! In this role, your ultimate responsibility will involve ensuring Mountain Land provides the highest standards of care to achieve the greatest outcomes for our patients.

As the Director of Clinical Excellence, you will need to understand and demonstrate Mountain Land's core values to help build and maintain relationships with Mountain Land stakeholders, which include: Patients, Team Members, Referral Sources, Owners, Payers, Educational Institutions, and Strategic Partners such as WebPT. To achieve this, many of your day-to-day activities will focus on championing Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), developing and implementing clinical initiatives, strengthening educational partnerships, and enhancing patient outcomes. Specific focus areas include:

• Leading educational presentations at physical therapy schools and overseeing clinical rotation curriculum.
• Assisting in the creation of training for Mountain Land staff, from niche program development to Job Specific Training.
• Establishing credibility to referral sources through outcome data
• Manage Mountain Land Special interest Groups (SIGs).
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent.
• Leading EMR integrations.

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income.

Requirements

• Must be a current Clinic Director at Mountain Land, RPT, Therapy West, or Delta Fillmore
• 5+ years of outpatient PT experience
• Show a provide track record of clinical excellence
