Director of Clinical Services

A client of home health client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Clinical Services. As the Director of Clinical Services, you will assume primary responsibility for clinical services provided by the client. The Director of Clinical Services will direct, coordinate and supervise all clinical functions. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as they apply to the provision of home visits to patients. Assure compliance with Agency Policy and Procedure. Monitor job performance and completion of evaluations and counseling of clinical staff.

• Registered nurse (R.N.) in the state of CO with at least five (5) years of director level experience
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care primarily to the geriatric population.
• Able and willing to travel 40% of the time to TX, NV, and NM.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Home Health experience
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
