Director of Clinical Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee the delivery and ensuring the quality of patient care who resides in Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare professional with a minimum of current two years' experience as a Director of Clinical Services with a strong background in clinical management and proven track record in effectively leading healthcare teams. The successful candidate will ensure that our Healthcare services align with the high standards of our organization.

The Director of Clinical Services will

• Communicate routinely with the Chief Nursing Officer and provide consistent and effective updates of all assigned responsibilities.
• Assists and supports with educational/orientation programs for Center and Regional clinical leadership positions.
• Responsible for oversight of our Company's monitoring efforts and performance management with focus on specific areas to include Survey preparedness & survey management, Quality measure and 5-star initiative and outcomes, Safety/Risk management and compliance.

As the Director of Clinical Services, you will supervise three Regional Clinical Directors to ensure clinical and regulatory compliance within our Centers (3 centers total ranging from (60 - 132 beds each), as required by Corporate and Federal and State law. You will monitor QAPI Audits and ensure the development of active Action plans, collaborate on clinically oriented census development opportunities and expense reduction opportunities in conjunction with the regional operating teams, conduct focused clinical compliance audits, review clinical performance trends and indicators to identify trends as well as provide necessary clinical leadership to address trends and outcomes. Education:

• Associate’s degree in nursing (ASN) or above required. Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing a plus.
• RN Licensure in the state of NC required.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing center required
• Prior LTC or SNF experience in the state of NC required.
• 2+ years' experience as a Director of Nursing, Clinical Director and/or Regional Nurse Consultant in SNF/LTC setting required.
• Regional experience strongly preferred.
• Multi-site clinical leadership experience required
• Prior Clinical Quality, Performance and Process Improvement, Regulatory and Compliance, and Risk Management experience required.
• Must have the ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software
