Director of Construction

Allied Resources is looking for a Director of Construction for an exciting direct & Full-time opportunity with a leading life science company in the Greater Philadelphia area. A Day in the Life:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of motivation, and client-focused leadership to drive business growth.
• Focus on market understanding and strategic relationship development with new and existing clients to meet regional business goals.
• Manage client relationships, expand the existing portfolio, lead team members, and ensure project performance aligns with KPIs.
• Coordinate with peers to manage regional workload and maintain contract backlog to meet sales and profit goals.
• Develop winning project strategies, oversee team performance, and drive a culture of exceptional client experiences while assisting in trade partner relationship development.

The Wish List:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• Experience in people / project management within the life sciences industry
• Strong business management, developmental and interpersonal skills
