Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and enhancing academic excellence through the development and implementation of comprehensive programs.
Designing and assessing educational and social activities tailored to economically disadvantaged students to foster retention and graduation rates.
Collaborating with admissions, financial aid, and faculty to optimize recruitment strategies and student support services.
Supervising EOF department staff and incorporating student needs into campus-wide initiatives.
Keeping abreast of best practices and innovations in EOF programs through continuous professional development.
Requirements
Master's Degree in educational administration, student personnel services, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in student services, preferably within a community college environment.
Dedication to promoting diversity and advocating for underserved student populations.
Proven leadership in program management and budget oversight.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between campuses as necessary.
