A Packaging & Container client is looking for a Director of Engineering to join their team at one of their Kansas facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement engineering strategies for product design and manufacturing processes.
• Oversee new product development and existing product enhancement.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Lead a team of designers, manage design schedule and design as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Strong background in manufacturing, particularly in storage tank production and engineering.
• Proven track record of successful project management and product development.
