Director of Engineering - Medical Devices

In this exciting role as an Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop medical devices and manage mechanical and hardware engineering teams. The ideal candidate would be well-versed with cross-functional teams while also participating in hands-on engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and reviewing the work of a team of both hardware and mechanical engineering teams
• Guides the conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products
• Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing technologies

Qualifications

• Diverse engineering background - Well-versed in both electrical and mechanical engineering requirements
• Medical device experience - Applicable knowledge of FDA regulations (IEC 60601, ISO 13485 and 14971)
• Hands-on leader - Ability to lead teams while also participating in design/development
