Director of Franchise Training

Dynamic Opportunity in Franchise Training Leadership

Join our team as the Vice President of Franchise Training, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing impactful training programs for our franchise network. Reporting directly to the Chief Franchise Operations Officer, you will lead a talented team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of our franchisee training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Enhancing Training Programs: Continuously assess and enhance training programs to align with business objectives.

Validation and Feedback: Participate in training sessions to validate materials and provide valuable feedback for improvement.

Evaluations and Communication: Implement a structured evaluation system to gather feedback and communicate results effectively.

Collaboration and Engagement: Work closely with department leaders, engage with committees, and prioritize training topics to meet franchisee needs.

Talent Development: Recruit, train, and build a high-performing team that reflects our company culture.

Performance Monitoring: Set clear objectives, monitor team performance, and drive improvements that support organizational initiatives.

Resource Promotion: Oversee the dissemination of resources to franchisees created by the operating systems teams.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the division budget and expenses effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a multi-unit environment, preferably in a franchise-focused role.

Experience in small business financial analysis.

Consulting experience is a plus.

Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proven track record of successful management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced office environment with high-pressure situations.

Standard 40-hour work week, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Travel required based on business needs.
