We’re looking for a key Marketing Analytics leader who will oversee the team responsible for measuring the impact of pricing, placement, product, and promotion. This self-directed, high-impact role supervises a fully remote team and works with senior leaders across multiple functions, most notably Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Sets high standards for himself/herself and the team; coaches, develops, and provides real-time feedback
Analyzes sales trends across the system and presents findings
Leads pricing analysis and makes recommendations; is the point person for rollout of demand-based pricing
Identifies and implements methods of measuring the incrementality of promotions
Works directly with Marketing team and media agencies to make profitable media spend recommendations
Promotes the Marco’s “test and learn” culture, utilizing best-in-class analytical tools
Coaches the team to generate clear, thoughtful insights across a variety of topics while balancing priorities
Relentlessly innovates ways to drive the business
Work Experience & Education:
Required:
7+ years of experience in analytics and/or finance leadership at multi-unit restaurant or retail corporations
High standards, with the ability to dive deep into the details and then pull back up and customize findings for the audience in a way that impacts behaviors
Experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI
Familiarity with data science concepts and tools, with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team in their use across a variety of applications
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, analytics, engineering, or other quantitative course of study
Preferred:
Experience with Mastercard “Test & Learn” (APT) analytical software
Experience leading demand-based pricing
Experience in a franchisor organization, working with franchisees
Experience with media mix modeling
Experience in revenue management or category planning
Master’s degree in finance, economics, analytics, engineering, or other quantitative course of study
