Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and management of our behavioral health programs, driving initiatives that prioritize patient care and well-being.

Team Management: Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of our dedicated nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Collaborative Care: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide top-notch care and ensure services are accurately documented.

Adaptability: Stay responsive to community needs, adapting our programs to deliver quality care that makes a difference.

Financial Management: Manage budgetary requirements, working closely with finance personnel to allocate resources effectively.

Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, maintaining compliance across all aspects of program operations.

Team Morale: Foster open communication and morale among staff, creating a positive work environment where everyone thrives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.

Active licensure in the state of practice.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in behavioral health settings.

7 years of hands-on experience in the discipline.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and budget management.

Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
