Who You Are
You are an experienced, KPI-focused, and driven Director of Property Management with at least five (5) years in a Property Management leadership role and at least 3 years’ experience in the affordable multi-family industry. You have strong skills in defining strategy and achieving operational KPIs to deliver best-in-class service, and you are a pro at managing budgets and optimizing growth and profitability to maximize the value of our assets. You have excellent communication skills and are passionate about leading, engaging, and developing teams. Foundationally, you have a bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) and demonstrate strong business and financial acumen.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve property management goals and KPIs.
Establishing and monitoring KPIs and metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Analyzing market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to support key decisions.
Directing activities associated with acquiring, leading, developing, and retaining talent to ensure high performance and accountability.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring business is conducted within Fair Housing regulations and in a way that drives overall resident satisfaction.
