About the position:

We are looking for a Partner Director for our Private Equity Program to build and grow partnerships with Big-4 and consulting organizations. Alliances and Partnership strategy continues to be the critical part of our growth and consulting alliances program remains as one of the major focal points of that strategy. Growth is in our mandate and we need people to do it. Our culture is renowned, and our goal is to build it and keep it!

Consulting firms appear to have a clear need for our services, when they consult organizations through carve out/Spin-off, or consult them through their expansion needs. Majority of our current clients are portfolio companies of PE/VC and consulting firms, yet most of the PE/Consulting firms themselves are unaware of our value. The goal of this position would be to develop strong long-term relationships at the Big-4/ consulting level by creating Service/Pricing Agreements for them and their portfolio companies.


What you can expect to do:

  • Develop and nurture new strategic alliances across sectors that can expand its offerings in partnership with our Employer of Record and global growth Technology solutions.
  • Build and retain positive relationships with existing partners to understand their business requirements, strategic vision and to maintain partner relationship.
  • Handle ongoing matters with new and existing partners and work swiftly to resolve queries.
  • Oversee key enterprise partnerships with both established and top potential partners with a strong focus on commercial growth (both revenue and costs), external relationship management and internal stakeholder alignment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships within and outside of the organization to identify, initiate and lead partnership and growth strategy initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve existing business operations, ensure seamless execution of new initiatives, and develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans needed to drive rapid revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively, set real expectations and reliably complete agreed deliverables.
  • Organize, build and document a partnership program, with clear directions and details around features and benefits.
  • Train, enable, and onboard partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments to our tech-enabled solutions.
  • Negotiate new prospective partnership arrangements, evaluate contract terms, and include relevant stakeholders in structuring corporate relationships - this entails working cross functionally with the legal team to balance the needs of business vs. wants of partner to drive negotiation and ultimate completion of complex partnerships.
  • Create and maintain relationships among business partners to develop strategies to increase revenue for their companies while building the brand through marketing and events.
  • Evaluate partner program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Work toward joint goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall benefits of the channel partnerships program with other internal leaders.
  • Communicate and work directly with stakeholders within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance experts globally.
  • Closely collaborate with partner marketing team to initiate and execute partner co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events etc.).


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA or equivalent an advantage.
  • 10-15 years of experience in channel management, strategic alliance or partner management in/with Big-4/ consulting organizations
  • Specific experience managing and scaling relationships within influential partnerships and channel sales required
  • Must have demonstrated success of initiating, launching and scaling partner programs
  • Strong attention to detail; must demonstrate a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Ability to listen, establish relationships, gain consensus, rapidly establish credibility with and gain confidence of multiple areas across the partner channel

Compensation

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for commission pay-outs dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
