Job Details
Director of Surgical Services
Reports to the COO
Looks over all of Surgical Services, including the Operating Room, Pre-op, PACU, Endoscopy and more
Looks over a 100 FTEs, including several supervisors and managers
Associates required but Bachelor’s and/or Master’s preferred
At least 5 years of leadership/management experience required
The ideal candidate with be Bachelors prepared with recent experience in outpatient oncology
