Director, Professional Nursing Workforce

Our New York client is seeking a Director of Professional Nursing Workforce for a 4+ month project starting ASAP. This role supports hospital CNOs, Nursing Department leadership and leads educational initiatives and other projects related to the Health System Nursing Workforce scope and infrastructure.

Estimated Start: ASAP

Estimated Duration: 4 months + likely extension

Onsite/Remote: Primarily Remote; onsite amount TBD

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree in Nursing or a health-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience with an administrative scope of practice and project management-specific experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (preference for candidates registered in the State of New York, although not required.)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis of staffing or healthcare-related data preferred.
