E-Billing Specialist

Johnson & Bell, Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time experienced electronic billing specialist. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in high volume e-billing in a law firm or related business.

Responsibilities include:

· Reviewing and editing pre-bills as directed by attorneys

· Reviewing and verifying accuracy of bills and supporting documents

· Electronically submitting client invoices via various e-billing websites

· Following up on submissions to resolve errors or discrepancies

Required skills/abilities:

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both oral & written.

· Organized and detail oriented

· Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

· Resourceful and focused on resolving problems

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
