a CDL A or CDL B Local Ready Mix Concrete Truck Driver in Eastman, GA. The driver will deliver loads to customers in the Eastman area to help them build a variety of projects from residential homes to major commercial infrastructures. This is a non-union position. The driver must be

Compensation

Average weekly pay: $760.00 to $1,200.00 per week
Starting rate: $19.00/Hour to 22.50
Pay Per Load with an average of 17-25 loads per week
40 Hour Minimum Weekly Pay
Transition to Pay by Load after 60 days of employment. Earn the same amount in less time-no cap on amount of loads.
Earn an extra $1.00 per hour when driving a manual transmission

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid CDL A or CDL B license
Recent grads welcome to apply
Ability to drive a manual truck is required
Must have a clean MVR and no DUIs within the last 3 years
No suspensions in the last 30 days
No substance abuse violations in the last 3 years
Must not be restricted from driving at night
Must be able to:
Lift extension chutes and other items weighing between 25 and 45 pounds, at least 30 percent of the time.
Work irregular hours depending on customer demands (may average 12 - 14 hour days, with 1 day at 16 hours, during our busy season).
Demonstrate the ability to climb up and down ladder/stairs using three points of contact.
Complete required paperwork for the position.
Must be registered with the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Must be able to successfully pass Departhe tment of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen, Agility Test
Must live within 25 miles of Eastman , GA.
