HYBRID ROLE: 3x/week in the Tempe, AZ office

About the Role:

The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Ecommerce Manager will primarily focus on improving user experience (UX) and performance (conversion and revenue per visit) on Norton.com. You will also help create scale and efficiencies across global NortonLifeLock websites. You’ll help lead web strategy and prioritization for the Direct-to-Consumer business. Work closely with key partners including research, creative, brand, product management, development, pricing, legal, and analytics teams. As you build and manage a roadmap of improvements, you’ll also forecast, gather data and research to create business cases and strategic requirements. Expected to become a subject matter expert on workflow, software, tools, data, processes, analysis, etc. needed to successfully build web experiences, execute campaigns, and optimize conversion. Reports to the Head of DTC Norton Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and organize website conversion optimization opportunities.
  • Improve site experience and performance by introducing tests and new experiences; measured by conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visit.
  • Clearly articulate strategic requirements via brief or Jira tickets. Examples include problem statements, customer benefits, priority, scale, business impact, target audience, dynamic elements, measurement, and success criteria.
  • Partner with Media, Brand, Research, and Product teams to set the web vision and roadmap, specifically for shared experiences across domains (Ex: navigation, lead gen, upsell, add-on, etc.).
  • Organize, gather, and share relevant research, competitive analysis, customer insights, user tests, or web metrics to better understand customer and business impact.
  • Work with Design, Product, Pricing, Media, and Legal on requirements, project kickoffs, and approvals for site changes.
  • Partner with the appropriate teams to ensure marketing campaigns and pricing strategies have continuity with website strategy and content.
  • Partner with international counterparts to share learnings and improve standardization and scalability.
  • Work with Site Optimization team to plan and launch research and A/B tests.
  • Review web content for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement to identify trends and opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field desired
  • 3-5 years experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • 3-5 years experience in website marketing, specifically in CRO or user testing
  • 3-5 years working closely with product management or development teams
  • History of working closely with creative teams and knowledge of UX best practices
  • A “do-er” and self-starter with ability to prioritize and clearly communicate priorities
  • Demonstrated project management skills and software, including Jira, Trello, Rally, or similar
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
