Key Responsibilities
Team Building: Recruit, hire, and develop a skilled maintenance team that embodies our commitment to excellence and safety.
Create and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Develop and document maintenance processes and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of all production equipment and machinery.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective equipment maintenance and repairs.
Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance maintenance practices and reduce downtime.
Provide training and development opportunities for the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field
7 or more years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability-centered maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Budget management experience.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Will have direct responsibility for 20 Engineering and Maintenance Professionals
Develop and lead the plant's preventive and predictive maintenance programs and execution.
Responsible for formulating and developing goals and directing day-to-day maintenance and engineering activities at the plant.
