Thrivable is on a mission to revolutionize market research and drive breakthroughs in patient care. We believe that to truly make a difference, it's essential to understand the people behind the research. Our market-leading solution is used by every large company in the diabetes medtech space, earning a net promoter score (NPS) of +84.

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive sales growth through expanding relationships with current medtech customers while also building pipeline and winning contracts with other medtech and pharma companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your existing relationships and relationship-building skills to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including champions and budget holders.

This is a remote role with flexible work arrangements. We are seeking the best candidate regardless of location.

As Enterprise Sales Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate large medtech or pharma companies
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Demonstrate the value of Thrivable's platform through compelling presentations, demos, and case studies, showcasing how our solution can help improve patient outcomes and drive business success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to develop customized solutions that address specific customer needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
  • Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling SaaS or market research solutions to large medical device or pharma companies
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed. Performing at a high level within a fast-growing and rapidly evolving business requires a proactive attitude and comfort operating in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas
  • Bonus: existing relationships within large medtech or pharma companies

Why you might be excited about Thrivable:

  • We are working to solve a massive problem: to help healthcare companies get the voice of the patient into every decision, ultimately helping patients thrive.

Why you might be less excited about Thrivable:
