Position Overview

Join our team as a Title Transactions Specialist, collaborating closely with our Sales Agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions from inception to closing. This role offers the potential for remote work 1-2 days per week after an initial acclimation period.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare real estate transactions.
  • Generate title company closing documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of submission packages and adherence to closing instructions.
  • Handle inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors.
  • Coordinate and manage closing schedules.
  • Prepare title documents and closing statements.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Licensed Title Insurance agent with at least five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience.
  • Advanced understanding of the entire title process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and task-focused.
  • Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Experience in the settlement and title insurance industry, including business development and sales.
  • State Notary Public certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Qualia software.
  • Familiarity with a paperless work environment.
  • Multi-state processing experience is a plus.
  • State Notary Public certification.
