Position Overview
Join our team as a Title Transactions Specialist, collaborating closely with our Sales Agents to facilitate seamless real estate transactions from inception to closing. This role offers the potential for remote work 1-2 days per week after an initial acclimation period.
Primary Responsibilities
Process and prepare real estate transactions.
Generate title company closing documents promptly and accurately.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of submission packages and adherence to closing instructions.
Handle inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors.
Coordinate and manage closing schedules.
Prepare title documents and closing statements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Licensed Title Insurance agent with at least five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience.
Advanced understanding of the entire title process.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Detail-oriented, organized, and task-focused.
Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Reliable and self-motivated.
Experience in the settlement and title insurance industry, including business development and sales.
