Job Purpose
Priority Escrow of California is seeking an experienced escrow officer to join our Palmdale office. This unique opportunity is in partnership with our JV partner, Threshold Management. In this role, you will benefit from a steady flow of escrow transactions from five top-producing real estate agents in the Antelope Valley, along with the support of an escrow assistant to help grow your own desk.
A Day In The Life
Business Development/Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and referral sources, providing valuable resources to existing clients.
Manage Escrow Pipeline: Actively manage all transactions, ensuring strict compliance with company and legal requirements.
White-Glove Service: Deliver exceptional service through fast, clear, and professional communication, always maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service.
Develop Systems and Processes: Play a key role in defining operational procedures and building foundational systems based on best practices from your experience.
Salary: Base salary plus commission, with expected total compensation above $100,000

Requirements
To Qualify:
3+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
Ability to bring a book of business or willingness to prospect for new business
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, legal requirements, and industry practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities
Proficiency in escrow software and relevant computer applications
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
A reputation for providing outstanding customer service
