InfraHire is looking for an Estimating Manager in Panama City Beach, FL.

Job Description

The Estimating Manager has supervisory duties, including training, mentoring, coaching, and overseeing the performance of the Estimating Team.

Responsibilities

  • Align efforts and initiatives with the organization's Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Assist the Operations Department by creating and refining accurate scopes of work for restoration projects using Symbility and/or Xactimate.
  • Generate additional and comparative estimates.
  • Negotiate scopes of work directly with Third Party and adjusters.
  • Collaborates directly with the General Manager to allocate tasks equitably among Estimators.
  • Evaluate all structurally complex claims and scopes or as requested by Estimators.
  • Assist the mitigation department by reviewing their estimates in the absence of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, maximize revenue opportunities, and comply with all pre-established standards.
  • Analyze Compliance Reports to identify upcoming inspections and estimates, and communicate departmental needs to the team daily.
  • Ensure deadlines are met for the submission of estimates and supplements.
