About The Role
Spiegelworld is looking for an Event Manager to join the team at the Spiegelworld Headquarters in Las Vegas. The Event Manager responsible for overseeing the logistical management and operational execution of marketing and PR events, social engagements, brand activations and corporate events. Serving as the primary contact between Marketing, Operations, Production and external partners to ensure seamless project management and event execution. Responsible for the event calendar, run of show communication and event post-mortem reporting. This position reports directly to the Marketing & Partnerships Director. The salary for this role is $65,000 / year.

About The Role
Spiegelworld is looking for an Event Manager to join the team at the Spiegelworld Headquarters in Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Marketing Operations lead across guest facing events, sponsored activations, media and social engagements, and corporate buy-outs.
- Develop creative solutions for event requests from concept to completion as assigned, to ensure that event designs meet brand expectations, are within budget and deadlines are met.
- Foster relationships with internal teams and partners, including Venue Operations, Production, Talent, Property Management, Sales and Catering.
- Partner with external event agencies and partners, from bidding and booking, to site access and installations, to confirm thorough communication and preparation.
- Develop and maintain a global understanding of venue capabilities for event opportunities.
- Communicate and manage project status, production schedule, timelines and delivery information to internal teams, including event budget, run of show, load in and load out details.
- Assist with event installations as needed. Participate in production walk throughs and site visits.
- Participate in client buy-outs, coordinating with Sales and Operations to assist with project management, run of show and event support.
- Complete all required paperwork, including but not limited to job orders, budget breakdowns, permits, vendor requests, property clearance, site plans, tear down instructions and contact sheets.
- Work in coordination with Marketing team to help identify event and activation opportunities to support overarching strategy and revenue goals.
- Support Sales team, as required, on establishing SOPs for buy-out events.
- Work with Internal Events Manager for coordination and alignment of Spiegelworld event processes.
- Stay current in event trends, entertainment, production, vendor products, and new industry technologies.
- Actively engage in our antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and helping us maintain a safe and welcoming workspace.
- Perform other job‐related duties as requested.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event development and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize what’s most important and urgent.
- An ability to navigate and problem-solve in an always changing, always-on, creative world.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused and embodies the ability to build productive relationships with persons on all levels, both internally and externally
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands,
- Successful background check clearance prior to hire
- Must have valid work authorization for the US.

- Work is sometimes performed in a high volume professional foodservice and theater environment.
- Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality. The noise level in the work environment is sometimes moderate to high.
