- Estimated hourly rate: $32.45 (minimum) - $40.58 (midpoint) - $48.70 (maximum)

What You Will Be Doing
- Advanced executive administrative duties. Prepares/drafts memos, letters, reports, and documentation of confidential nature.
- Coordinate and distribute group communication and announcements.
- Maintains complex top executive's calendar.
- Represents and supports top level executives and acts as liaison between the departments this position is supporting, key clients as well as external customers (e.g., investors, local community programs, etc.). May support international customers/key clients.
- U.S. high school diploma required.
- Continued education, training or certifications preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience with executive level management required.
- The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously with competing priorities. Practices effective time management
- Maintain excellent concentration, organization, and prioritization skills, not only for self but for those supported by this position.
- The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This also includes being available during non-core working hours in order to meet the needs of those this position supports. Also perform tasks with a high level of integrity
- The ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems with a significant organizational impact. Must also have the ability to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.
- The ability and willingness to take independent action to complete assignments with little to no instruction. This includes the ability and willingness to recognize assignments that need to be completed, anticipate the needs of those this position supports, seek out additional assignments, and to help others.
- The ability to coordinate complex domestic travel using an online travel management system (international travel may be required)
