Executive Assistant

Our client is currently seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate should be well-organized with strong communication skills and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar and travel management supporting for day to day needs and long term projects
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings and events
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Manage staff and vendors including payments and communications
  • Booking personal appointments and handling tasks/errands as needed


Qualifications


  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker and problem solver


Ability to be onsite daily with the team in NYC.
