Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT and/or the recruiting industry
• A tenacious spirit and a highly competitive mindset, coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient workflow management skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize the company's database effectively.
• Prior experience in account management.
• Customer centric orientation, positive attitude, strong financial motivation, flexible mindset and desire to have fun.
