Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are in search of a Senior FP&A Manager to join a top client in the Atlanta area. This role supports both operational and corporate finance functions, reporting directly to the Senior Director of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads, compiling comprehensive reports.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, including volume projections, and provide regular performance updates.
• Create and manage metrics dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Analyze business data to identify opportunities for cost savings and growth, delivering actionable insights.
• Cultivate effective relationships across all organizational levels to understand stakeholder needs and provide support.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in people management preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Planful, and SQL Server preferred.
• Strong grasp of data warehousing, big data, and business intelligence concepts.
• Ability to handle large, complex datasets with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Adaptability and willingness to collaborate in a hybrid team environment.
