We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our franchise operations! Learn more about us here ! Responsibilities: What You Will Do The Franchise Development Manager is responsible for the growth and expansion of Critter Control's franchise network. This role involves guiding francisees through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support to ensure their success. The FDM will implement, maintain, and uphold the company's sales standards and culture to the highest degree. Your Responsibilities Include: Onboarding and Support: Handle sales onboarding for new franchises and host monthly Workplace meetings. Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure franchisees' operational success. Training and Development: Complete initial training courses and stay updated on company policies. Implement and uphold company sales standards and culture, focusing on the Earn the Right (ETR) process. Create and implement new processes and improve existing training and resources. Field Support: Spend 10 business days monthly in the field, supporting franchise owners. Actively engage on Facebook Workplace and follow up with previous franchise visits. Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and company policies. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on franchise development activities and progress. Track and update daily sales of all franchises, and send weekly reports to the General Manager. Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties: Using a ladder within the manufacturer's required weight capacity Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. Ability to work in various weather conditions Perform administrative duties while seated for long periods of time Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or natural sciences, etc. Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, sales management or a related role Ability to travel atleast 50% as required Critter Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer.
