As the General Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in managing all aspects of the construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Lead and Inspire: As a General Superintendent, your primary objective will be to ensure the successful completion of construction projects by effectively managing resources, team members, and processes from start to finish.

Champion of Schedule and Quality: Ensuring our projects are completed on schedule while prioritizing safety and quality.

Key Qualifications And Success Factors

• Proven Track Record: 15 years of experience as a multifamily or wood frame construction superintendent.
• Technical Expertise: Your proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite enables you to navigate projects with agility and precision.
• Project Work: Must demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project superintendents, construction teams, and subcontractors.
  
  

EDUCATION

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Superintendent and Project Manager Procore Certified.
