Comscore is currently searching for a key contributor to our team in New York or remote, as a Client Insights Summer Intern.
In this role, you will get a taste of life working with some of the biggest brands and publishers in the industry. Our Go-To-Market Enablement team is wholly devoted to building a robust value proposition and GTM plan for our core solutions across screens. The goal of this team is to drive adoption, growth, and retention of our comprehensive cross-platform media measurement and audience products through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and pain points with a laser focus on conveying the value of our solutions to the external marketplace.
Mission Critical Duties And Responsibilities
Develop as a strategic thought leader for clients on a cross-platform media strategy with a focus on leveraging big data to identify key insights and trends. The Summer Internship will encompass the completion and presentation of:
Insights Project: Research on a topic of choice in partnership with the Comscore GTM Enablement, Client Insights and Commercial Teams that leverages our cross-platform data set
Demonstrated Product Knowledge: Delivery of 2 key product marketing collateral pieces, inclusive of 1 product overview deck and 1 product card in partnership with the GTM Product Lead
Partner with the GTM Enablement and Client Insights team on building presentations and reports by analyzing digital, social, and TV data and extracting insights to showcase the value of our data in optimizing key business decisions
Interface and communicate effectively with multiple cross-functional departments
Begin to cultivate productive client and vendor relationships
Promote client engagement, loyalty, and retention
Partner with the Account Manager and Senior Director/Vice President/Senior Vice President of Client Insights on initiatives and team projects
Combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving skills
Collaborate with internal teams, working together to keep projects on track and resolving issues/clarifying data requirements as needed
Requirements
In-Process Bachelor's Degree
Eagerness to dig into the data to find the story behind the numbers
High level of comfort with numbers and statistics, experience in analyzing large amounts of data, and an ability to consolidate and translate that data into business insight
Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
Excellent written, presentation, management, listening and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships
Ability to operate independently
Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player willing to help others
Proactive, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude
Compensation: $18 per hour, commensurate with Experience
