InfraHire is looking for a Group Controller in Irving, TX.
Job Description
This role will entail providing financial analysis, reports, and assistance to the executives at the C-level.
Responsibilities
Prepare and assess monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the monthly consolidation procedure, which includes managing the global intercompany process and reviewing consolidated results on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with international intercompany owners to resolve any discrepancies in accounts.
Aid in the formulation of budgets and forecasts, including the creation of cash flow projections.
Engage in collaborative efforts and act as a business partner to C-level executives, affiliated international entities, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure financial objectives are achieved and business operations are optimized.
Develop and update financial models to facilitate decision-making processes.
Provide support for various Corporate Finance & Accounting initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Conduct thorough analyses of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas in need of improvement.
Assist in the preparation of board materials and other financial presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role.
Knowledge of Consolidation process.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
