Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Service Coordinator - Wedding and Events. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of group services for weddings and events at Sunday River Resort. This includes assisting with bookings, organizing logistics, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in event planning and coordination or applicable skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
Knowledge of the wedding and events industry
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
