The Lacrosse Coach will lead the program based around our athletic department core values.
Examples of Duties
Recruitment of assistant coaches
Attracting student athletes
Budget Management
Practice and game planning execution
Creating game schedules
Daily practice plans
Innovative statistical analysis
Building a championship culture for the program
Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida
Lead player mentorship - work with the student athletes and lead a mentorship program to help our students
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in coaching; Experience in education space; Experience in working with college/university level students; Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
