About The Role

You will be the founder of a startup inside of a startup. Your mission will be to help build EliseAI’s healthcare unit across sales, product, and operations in order to bring our technology to as many people as possible.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities & strategic direction
• Meet with customers and validate product/feature ideas
• Participate in sales alongside our sales team
• Build products with our engineering team
• Support current customers alongside operations team

Requirements

• Experience with early-stage startups, ideally as a founder or founding employee
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is a plus
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong practical, problem-solver with the ability to execute
• Relentlessness
• Hands-on, get-it-done approach
• Will work in person at NYC headquarters 5 days a week (we’ll happily relocate you)

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $200,000-$300,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
