Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product releases
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts
  • Partner with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into the product development process


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of launching and managing successful software products
  • Deep understanding of the finance industry and market trends
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
