Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Finance will be leading in extraordinary team and wearing multiple hats. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Leader with a Critical Access or Rural Health background. Supported by an Accounting Manager and a Revenue Cycle / HIM Director, the Vice President will serve as the spearhead for a wide range of projects, financial reporting, and development activities.

The CFO will develop, implement, and evaluate new financial strategies aimed at improving operational performance for this community hospital and the satellite clinics that it controls. Experience improving AR Days, Patient Access, and Collections will surely help earn you a fast interview. Additionally, this organization is giving high preference to Certified Public Accountants (CPA) who have hospital experience.
