Our client is seeking a talented and super-organized HR Manager / Sr. HR Generalist to join their team. Responsibilities:
Provide support across talent acquisition, employment life cycle, cultural initiatives, and all day-to-day HR administrative activities
Maintain the ATS (Greenhouse) and support Talent Acquisition including interview scheduling, job postings, reporting
Maintain HRIS system (TriNet / Zenefits) including data entry, status changes, offer letters, reporting, and periodic audits
Ensure timely processing of unemployment claims, employment verification requests, and related external paperwork as needed
Provide compensation support to leaders for semiannual company compensation analysis and promotions.
Partner with the HR team to improve the efficiency of HR workflows
Processing salary, hourly, and commission-based payroll along with 401k contributions
Partner with HR Director and other teammates on cultural initiatives such as candidate and new hire experiences, employee engagement programs, volunteer opportunities, and special projects
Own and/or assist with recurring and special initiatives such as Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, audit requests, career fairs, and related initiatives
Requirements:
3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience working closely with business partners, hiring managers, and HR teammates
TriNet / Zenefits (Payroll) experience would be a big plus.
Very comfortable being in the trenches and owning HR Operational and admin support.
