Position: HR & Recruiting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruiting Assistant to join our Corporate HR Department. Reporting to the HR & Recruiting Specialist, you will provide administrative support and assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new infant caregivers, preschool teachers, and educators. Your role will involve managing our applicant tracking system (ATS), overseeing tracking and budgeting, and collaborating with Program Directors and Department Heads on hiring campaigns and community outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our programs in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the applicant tracking system and work closely with Directors on school hiring needs.

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including pre-screenings and scheduling interviews.

Monitor job platforms and recruiting budgets.

Assist in posting job advertisements.

Lead hiring events and community outreach efforts.

Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

This position will start as a hybrid role during the 2-3 month training period, with the potential of becoming primarily remote.

Compensation: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, education, and position requirements.

Requirements

At least 2 years of related experience.

Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Initiative and a "get it done" attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration skills - this is a team that supports each other.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emotional intelligence.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.

Eagerness to learn and grow.

Experience in the Education Management Industry is a plus; a passion for early education is essential.
