We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work remotely and from our office. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, Google Ads, and Paid Media. The role will involve working closely with our marketing and finance teams to develop, implement, and optimize our SEO efforts to increase website traffic, improve search rankings, and drive lead generation.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, link building, and content strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • Conduct keyword research You will guide the content team to create SEO friendly content. You will also be responsible for identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics You will monitor and understand key SEO KPIs, including website traffic, SERP rankings, and lead generation.
  • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
  • Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns You will work closely with other teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to optimize website and ensure content is search-engine friendly.
  • Report on performance and action plans to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SEO, Paid Media, Brand Strategy, Campaigns, and Paid Search.
  • Proven experience in managing successful SEO campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
