Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid WFH flex - must be in office at least 1 day a week)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits

[Hybrid] Director of Recruiting (Departmental Leadership exp req) Description

Our client, a rapidly growing law firm, is looking for a Director of Recruiting to add to its team in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead and manage the talent acquisition team and processes for revenue-generating and revenue-support positions. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. You need a dynamic approach, strong leadership capabilities, and a knack for strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment to excel. Ideal candidates will have excellent department management experience overseeing direct reports and experience in legal or professional services recruiting. [Hybrid] Director of Recruiting (Departmental Leadership exp req) Responsibilities

Lead the talent acquisition department, managing three direct reports

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals

Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

Manage relationships with colleges and universities to maintain a strong talent pipeline

Implement and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for the recruiting team

Enhance the employer brand through strategic marketing and engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives

Oversee employee relations, firm culture, and employee retention

[Hybrid] Director of Recruiting (Departmental Leadership exp req) Qualifications

7+ years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required

5+ years of Department Management (managing direct reports) experience required

Proven Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Required

Strong leadership and team management skills required
