Independent Contractor

Cypress Healthcare Consultants is a managed care administrative services firm that specializes in offering contracting and credentialing services to health care providers and health plans. Our provider clients include hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, ancillary health care providers, and physician groups. We are actively engaged in developing multiple provider networks for Medicare Advantage plans, Managed Medicaid Plans, Healthcare Exchange, and Commercial HMO and PPO networks.

This is an independent contractor role for Cypress Healthcare Consultants. As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized contracting and credentialing services to health care providers and health plans. This includes negotiating and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining relationships with network providers. This is a remote role that provides flexibility in terms of location and working hours.

• Strong knowledge of managed care contracting and credentialing processes
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to health care contracting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working with health care providers and health plans
• Relevant certifications or credentials in managed care or health care administration
