Position: Industrial Sales Representative

(Base + Commission)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Expectation of prospecting (3-4 hours per day)
  • Average 7 face to face interactions per day
  • Continue build and grow revenue within assigned accounts
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, including technical specifications and applications.
  • Provide technical assistance and product support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. (May include after hours or weekends at times)
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Must effectively use Google Docs, Sheets, Meet and other Google services


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, OR industry experience.
  • Proven experience in industrial sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the industrial sector, with knowledge of products, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.
