What We're Looking For:

To be successful at Medecision the Inside Sales Representative will understand what a customer-centric organization entails and be able to infuse that ideology in your contributions.


Position Summary: Are you a dynamic sales professional with experience in healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise software? As an Inside Sales Representative at Medecision, you'll manage the entire sales cycle for target use cases which utilize our healthcare-specific SaaS solution platform. Your role involves engaging prospects with a consultative approach, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that drive business growth. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a purpose-driven organization.


Reports to: Group Vice President Business Development

Location: Remote. Occasional travel or attendance at trade shows is required. Approximately 10-15%

Requirements


WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Identify, contact, and qualify new sales opportunities using targeted lead lists.

· Strategize selling approaches and revenue growth plans with sales leadership.

· Analyze market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

· Convert leads by advising customers on optimal solutions, highlighting product benefits and technical specifications.

· Build multi-threaded relationships with potential clients at all levels, engaging them in a consultative sales process.

· Conduct customized, solution-oriented demos aligned with customer business initiatives and pain points.

· Sell on Value and Return on Investment vs. just technical functionality.

· Generate and manage a pipeline to achieve closed/won revenue and quota targets.

· Maintain detailed records of contacts and sales in Salesforce.

· Prepare and deliver proposals, applications, and agreements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and implementation.

· Consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.

· Leverage tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, and Definitive Healthcare to enhance customer engagement and support sales initiatives.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING


· 1-4 years of experience in business development, full-cycle sales, or related field

· Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts and acquire new logos

· Demonstrated capability as a 'Trusted Adviser' to customers

· Experience building business cases and delivering return on investment

· Proficiency in crafting and delivering presentations

· Strategic thinking and ability to work with a large extended internal team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM

· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a remote work environment

· Goal-driven with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
